More on Texas Tort Reform Study
Last week I had a post regarding a new tort reform study out of Texas that destroys the myth that there was a medical malpractice crisis in that state. Here is a link to the study itself.
Iam doing a research project on tort reform and all I seem to find is how it applies to the medical field. Is their more people who benefit from tort refom other than the medical field, say big money coporations?
