Vioxx Trial Update
Here is the most recent news on the Vioxx trial currently underway in New Jersey.
The author clearly does not understand the law of directed verdict.
Apparently she has trouble with the facts too. The author wrote that Dr. Benedict Lucchesi "did not testify during the first Vioxx trial against Merck" in Texas. Actually, he did. He appeared as a rebuttal witness for the plaintiff.
She's probably getting her information from clueless lawyers.
